No spreadsheets, no guesswork, no glovebox notebook. Mileful keeps an audit-ready record of every business drive — and does the deduction math for you.

Records itself

Flip on auto-tracking and Mileful detects your drives in the background — opt-in, off by default. Open the app mid-drive and it's at the top of Home, counting up, with a Stop button; from then on it's on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island too.

Real road distances

Distances are computed along the actual driving route via Apple Maps — not the straight line between two points. Round trips are a single toggle, and the return leg gets its own route.

CSV import & export

Import a CSV from another mileage app — Mileful reads the usual column names — and export clean per-period reports for filing.

Deduction math, done

IRS, CRA, and SAT rates are built in for 2022 through 2026, applied per tax year. Anywhere else, set your own rate once.

Vehicles & purposes

Track multiple vehicles and tag trips business or personal with custom purposes that fit how you actually work.

Log the trip

Turn on auto-tracking and Mileful records your drives for you. Or enter start and end addresses with autocomplete, or import a CSV of past drives. Either way you get the real road distance.

Categorize it

Swipe a trip to mark it business or personal, or to pick a purpose. Which one each direction does is yours to set. Color-coded so your log stays readable at a glance.

Export & file

Pick a month or year, choose what to include, and export a clean CSV of every drive — dates, addresses, distances, categories, parking and tolls.
